I wish I knew what this was
The muscles in my leg above my knee have spent the past week or two doing this deep slow muscle twitch nearly constantly.
It doesn't hurt or anything, but it is driving me completely insane

Is it only when you're sitting? Happens to me sometimes; usually when I am dehydrated. A big bottle of water and a banana help me. Can't hurt to have a banana.

lack of potassium can be linked to muscle twitches.
Maybe doing some gentle stretching might help?

agreed on the potassium...my family's got a history of twitchy muscles, usually helped with potassium supplements or potassium-rich foods.

You know, I didn't even think of trying to stretch it out. I'll try that the next time it starts up.

God, I hope it's not dehydration, considering I drink 64-100 oz of water a day most days. A banana though, that might be a good idea.
It is only when I'm sitting, and only in my left leg.
