I wish I knew what this was

The muscles in my leg above my knee have spent the past week or two doing this deep slow muscle twitch nearly constantly.

It doesn't hurt or anything, but it is driving me completely insane

I get muscle twitches all the time -- usually in my hands and arms.

Bothered if I know what it is either, but it's really annoying, innit?

I get random muscle twitches all the time. This is much more frequent, and it's deeper and slower - almost more like a flexing than a twitching.

Whatever it is, it's making me batty.
