Wiley and I have committed ourselves to hosting Lag Day this year. It's the annual Boston TIM party, and has suffered the last few years for lack of a good place to host, a lack of good activities, and some other issues. I *really* hope we can make it back into one of the really good parties of the year, and I really hope we get a good turnout of non-boston people. After all, as much as I love them, I see them all the time.
It'll be June 14-16th, and I can't wait! Whee!

Watching Widget eat Cheerios is a wonderous thing.
Last week, she couldn't manage it. She'd try to pick them up, and *if* she was lucky enough to manage that, she certainly wasn't able to get them in her mouth. She'd kind of forget to open her hand, and end up chewing on her fingers. She loved them, though, and she'd open her mouth like a little bird waiting for you to put them into her mouth if you offered them to her.
This week, if you offer her one at a time from your hand, she can pick them up with her little fingers, and pops them right into her mouth. This morning she was at about a 90% success rate. And she looks so pleased with herself when she get them in.
