A bragging mom moment
Apr. 6th, 2007 11:58 amI hope y'all will indulge me in a moment of mommy-bragging. This is one of those times where I'm just so amazed that I have to share.
The other day, the Admin at Widget's school called me - they were having computer problems (I'm tech support), but she also wanted to tell me about the story that Widget had written that morning. In moveable alphabet, it took up three work rugs, and had required letters from 2 classrooms besides her own. She brought home a transcribed copy yesterday, with a cover and a picture to go with it.
Of course I took pictures to record it to share with the world.

I'm just kind of astonished at her grasp of the language, and so proud of her I could burst.
