Someone had a poem published in the monthly school newsletter this week.
Tiger
by Hannah Cox
Tiger,
Majestically beautiful,
He prowls though the jungle.
Only the slightest rustle of undergrowth betrays his presence.
King of the jungle, his subjects cower beneath him.
The birds, his messengers, await his call.
The monkeys, his jesters, are silent in the tree tops.
The mice, his prey, crouch beneath the leaf litter
And through the jungle, all stands still.
Yup, that's my kid!
