It has GOT to be the thought of getting to sleep in on Saturday and Sunday, with no one to tell me different. Even when we've been babyless the few weekends we've had this summer, we've had plans that have meant no sleeping in. And for the past month or so, even when Wiley's been getting up with Miss Widget, she's been demanding to come in and see me before they go downstairs. Plus, we've had plans most mornings that have meant I needed to get my butt out of bed well before 9:00, which yes, to me is early. In an ideal world, I'm a stay up til 2:00, sleep until 10:00 kind of girl. It's hard enough now, when Widget sleeps until 8:00 most days. I don't want to think about when she starts school and I have to get her out of the house for eight in the morning.

But, for now, I'll just think about how lovely the sleeping in this weekend will be.

I reeeeally hope the best thing about a weekend you're driving hundreds of miles for, and spending hundreds of dollars on is NOT SLEEPING IN. You could stay over at Lorac's house and do that!

Being able to sleep in this weekend will be fabulous -- especially since we'll be up all night hanging out. I'm so excited!! :)

BUT -- you're also always invited to have a weekend sleepover! :)
