-> Online? Early in 1998. In person? I think it was in October 1998. (If not, then it was March 1999.)

-> Online, we met on TIM. If I'm recalling correctly, our in-person meeting was at the TIM gathering at Tool and Gator's house in Chicagoish. If that's not it, then it was at AtlanTIM in 1999.

-> Yup.

-> I don't think so.
