Foggy Mountain Breakdown - Sharyn McCrumb This is a collection of short stories. I love McCrumb's Appalachian novels, but haven't really enjoyed the Elizabeth McPherson series as well. Predictably, my liking or not liking these stories fell out along similar lines. Some of them were beautiful, others I just wanted to get to the end of. Overall though, it was a good read.
