Ever have a day when you should have just stayed in bed?

I've done something bad to my (formerly) good knee. Not even sure what. It was fine this morning, then it started feeling weird. Not painful per se, but achey and swollen/fat feeling. It doesn't like being fully extended, or having weight put on it in any meaningful way. I've been chowing on the Advil this morning, to little effect. And next week, I get to spend most of the week standing. Whee.

I forgot half my lunch. The good half. The newly picked tomatoes that I carefully baggied up so they wouldn't get all squished. And I'm starving, and I've already eaten all the rest of the lunch that I did remember. Fighting the urge to blow either the budget by going and buying sushi (diet friendly) or blowing the diet by going to get some pizza (budget friendly) Damn hell I'm hungry.

Work stuff is a big giant mess that I don't want to deal with.

About the only thing keeping me going right now is the promise of the Ani concert tonight. That is going to rock, and I can't wait.

I have tried the new place in Quincy Center. The times I've been there, they've been quite good, and they have lunch specials that are reasonably priced.

My weather forecast today is partly obscured. I have a lo of ork to do in the office, but a particularly crap-tastic outlook on the new archive. But I need some Jeffrey brain-cycles, so I will come into the office first.

I need AEF cycles, but I do not know if I can GET those.
