Help me please, I beg you

I recently got a Dell laptop from work (Hence the prolific posting lately - it's much more fun to do it from my couch), and there's only one thing wrong with it.

The touchpad was configured to "click" if you tap it, and alas, my typing style has me tapping it all the time. I'm learning to keep my thiumbs out of the way, it's slowing down my typing. I've looked everywhere for a place to disable this, and I can't find it.

Anyone know how/where I turn off this fee-chur?
