I wish I knew what this was

The muscles in my leg above my knee have spent the past week or two doing this deep slow muscle twitch nearly constantly.

It doesn't hurt or anything, but it is driving me completely insane

now, that's a misspelling

I'm looking online to see if I can find a restaurant for dinner tonight near my hotel. Eating well is how I stay sane on these trips.

I find one place that looks nice, is well reviewed and has a rather delicious looking menu.

As I'm skimming the menu, I see that they serve "Sauteed Hare Coverts." Huh. I wonder what that is, I think to myself.

And then I say it aloud in my head and get it.
