I hate blocking.
I particularly hate blocking when it is hot and humid out.
Yech.

If you block well, maybe coach will give you a few carries later on in the game ;)

Blocking.
Basically, get knitting pieces wet and pinning them out into the shape you want them to live forever. always annoying fiddly work, but wet wool when it's steamy out? NASTY.

It's steamy enough here that I could take my knitting outside and poof! instant blocking.
Wait, I take that back. It's hot and humid enough to felt woolens here. Augh. I'll knit again in autumn.

Ick.
It hasn't been too bad here most of the time, but trying to knot with wool on Sunday was so nasty feeling.
That's why I generally stick to cottons and silks for the summer, and small small projects.

I do have one more AC unit that belongs in that downstairs room. Just say the word.
