siercia*sigh* I really wish I could go to Fargo again this year. My favorite on-line source for stitching supplies run these stitching retreats, where you go, stay at a hotel (with nice hot tubs) and spend the weekend stitching. You get to meet new people, and she ran a couple of mini-classes the year I went, and it's just generally fun. Alas, the weekend costs almost $300, and I can't find airfare for under $350 which means I just can't afford it. *pout*
BUT, I am organizing something similar for my friends here in Boston that year (either this summer or fall). It won't be quite the same, but I think we'll still have a really good time. Check out the place I want to go. I wonder if I can afford to make little stitching gift packs for my friends. That would be neat.
