Expressions of gratitude

sierciaLast week, as we were rushing around getting things ready for the little one's birthday party, I was pondering just how much I owe people over the past year or so, and it is an amazing debt.
Thank you to every one who's babysat, so Wiley and I could go out and get a little time away. Especially Lorac, Imagy and Sandy & Ina, who have done overnights, or super late nights, or incredibly extended long stints. Thank you to Arwen and Dory and Lorac for adapting to a (new and improved?) best buddy, and making room in our schedules and plans for a baby. Thank you LJ's for listening to me whine, and listening to me gush, all without complaining; especially Jude, you've been incredibly supportive, and always manage to say the right thing at just the right moment and Binkie, you helped me figure out I wasn't just going insane. Thank you to everyone who has showered love on Widget, and helped us make sure she has everything she needs and more.
Thank you to Wiley for consistently taking on more than your fair share of the work and the time spent with Widget. Thank you for putting up with bizarre mood swings, and for helping me to adjust to this new life form invading our space. Thank you for always being there, and for being the wonderful Dadddy that you are.

I seriously dont remember those squicky noises.
