Travelling for work

I used to travel frequently for my job (Probably 1 week a month, if you averaged it all out). Since Miss Widget arrived, I have not travelled at all. And actually, my last significant trip was October before she was born. So, I haven't business travelled in about 18 months. And I've forgotten everything I used to know about it. I've forgotten how to pack. I've forgotten what to bring, for myself and for the customers. I feel like I'm wandering around in circles, without any clear idea what exactly it is I need to do, and I think I'm losing my mind.
