CSA this week

Last week I didn't take full advantage of our CSA shipment because I was out of town when it arrived, and it got put downstairs, and I was bad and kind of forgot about it.

This week, though, we got awesome stuff...

2 cups of sugar snap peas
About as much shelling peas
2 heads of lettuce (one I didn't recognize, the other was iceberg (Wiley's favorite)
a bunch of swiss chard
a bunch of beets
more cilantro
fresh basil (Yummy!)

And all of it looked just amazing and fabulously fresh. The swiss chard, and the snap peas are already digesting. *grin*

Sadly, pasta is high points (at least in the quantities I usually consume. So, we'll have to find another use for the basil. I'm sure that won't be hard, I love it.
