And one last thing
Sep. 16th, 2002 11:43 pmI got the new Ani live double-CD set this weekend. It's good. Not as good as Living in Clip, but that's only one girl's opinion here, so.....
I love the liner notes where she writes a bit about how the two discs came together, and the versions of You had Time, 32 Flavors and Dilate, all some of my very favorite songs of hers. I'll give the rest of the album some time to grow on me, I think. They usually do, givena few good listenings.
I'm sad - she's playing Boston in November, but it's at Avalon, which is a venue I really haven't enjoyed for theother concerts I gove to there - it's all general admission, and there's no seating. At $35/ticket, that's more expensive than her shows at the Orpheum too. I think I may, sadly, give it a miss this time.
