1. Do you wear any jewelry? What kind?
I wear all different kinds of jewelry - rings, necklaces, earrings, pins, bracelets.

2. How often do you wear it?
Every day, I wear my wedding ring set and the gold and moonstone earrings Wiley bought for me at Christmas last year. When my watch isn't broken I wear that most days as well. Beyond that, I tend to only wear jewelrywhen I'm dressing up - Widget is too enthusiastic about playing with it. Oh, I also have a tongue stud and a nose stud, both plain steel (or whatever silver metal they are).

3. Do you have any piercings? If so, where?
Tongue, nose (right side), and three holes in each ear.

4. Do you have any tattoos? If so, where?
Two tattoos - one stylized cat on my right shoulder, and a flower vine (purple forget-me-nots) around my left ankle.

5. What are your plans for the weekend?
Not much. Probably catching up on housework tomorrow, and my parents are going to visit for a bit on Sunday.

Wiley left yesterday to drive down to Delaware for a family funeral, so Miss Widget and I were on our own for the day.

Last night, the lovely [livejournal.com profile] lorac came over and kept me company while we watched TV and stitched. As always, I stayed up far too late and was dreading the early morning awakening of Widget.

My really annoying cat Tuna decided that yowling in the upstairs hall was a god idea last night, and woke both me and Widget up at least twice. The second time, I decided I'd give lil miss a bottle in the hopes of filling her tummy so she's sleep a little longer for me. And damn, if that child didn't sleep until 11:00 this morning!

We got up, went into Quincy for our usual lunch with Miss Shani, then hit the grocery store. Can I tell you just how stupid people are? We've got 2-4 inches of snow predicted for our area today and tonight and the store was almost empty of foodstuffs, as everyone rushed to "stock up" in case the storm was bad. We live in New England, folks. It snows here. Get over it.

Came home, watched some Sesame Street and Goof-oof, had dinner and then little miss went off quietly to dreamland. Made dinner, rented Insomnia on PPV, and caught up on LJ.

Wiley called about 40 minutes ago that he'd returned the car at the airport, and was heading for the T. He should be home soon, and I should go clean the kitchen.

The kitty seems to be about the same. She's not eating much, and gets mad as hell when we try to give her the pills we're supposed to. She's a good bit more meow-y, which worries me a bit that she's in a bit of pain, but she's always been a chatty girl, so I don't know. We were supposed to go the vet today, but I couldn't see much point. I called and rescheduled the appointment for next week, and we'll see how she's doing then.

And Widget's lips seem to be just fine - she's got little marks on them both, but she's not swollen, and she was eating fine today. I'm glad she's doing so okay.
