I just have to say, I love the Robert DeNiro and Elmo bit on Sesame Street. It cracks me up everytime I see it.

Well, this is interesting

I took Vogue Knitting out of the library a month or two ago. I just realized that when I check my library account online, it doesn't show up on the list of books I've taken out. Somehow, they've screwed up. Nice to know I can keep it as long as I want. It's tempting to keep it - it's a $30 dollar book.

But who am I kidding, I'd feel guilty everytime I pulled it out to use. Sigh. Sometimes it stinks having a conscience.

This is a great article about the whole World Series thing. I particularly agree with #3... As much as I'd like to see the Sox beat the curse, a part of me likes having it around. Gives us a story, probabl makes us better than we are.
